WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

We are seeking a proactive Sales Enablement Specialist with a strong focus on CRM management and data-driven solutions to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will empower our sales team by optimizing processes, enhancing automation, and leveraging data to drive efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • CRM Optimization: Managing and improving the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and enhanced usability for the sales team.

  • Process Automation: Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implementing solutions that reduce manual effort, enabling the team to focus on selling.

  • Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Sales Tools Support: Evaluating, implementing, and maintaining sales tools to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

  • Performance Reporting: Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key metrics and measure the impact of sales initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on goals and ensure seamless execution of enablement strategies.

  • Training and Documentation: Developing training materials and conducting sessions to educate the team on CRM usage, tools, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and an additional European language such as Dutch, French.

  • Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.

  • Based in Amsterdam.
