Position Overview

As the Head of Creative at EpicMetry, you will lead the creative vision and strategy of our projects, overseeing a talented team of designers, artists, and content creators. You will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in creative output, ensuring that our projects align with the brand's goals and resonate with our target audience. If you have a passion for storytelling and a knack for visual communication, combined with strong leadership abilities, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Develop and oversee the creative vision and strategy for all projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of creative professionals, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet project deadlines.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying insights to enhance creative strategies.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and is consistent with the company's overall mission and values.
  • Present and communicate creative concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and clients.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform creative decisions and optimize performance.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team, encouraging new ideas and risk-taking.
  • Evaluate performance and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Expertise in visual design principles, typography, and branding.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with design and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in creative projects.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the tech or startup sector.
