Job Summary
As a Salesforce Developer within Togetherwork’s Associations vertical, you'll be at the forefront of developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions to meet diverse customer requirements using the latest Salesforce tools and techniques. In this role, you'll collaborate with team members and engage with customers to understand and support their technical needs while ensuring seamless communication and solution delivery. You'll also interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical expertise across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Responsibilities
- Support Development Efforts: Learn and contribute to customizations and enhancements on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- User Interface Design: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces through thoughtful UI/UX design and wireframing, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver effective solutions.
- Platform Optimization: Continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions to maximize performance and business impact.
- Assist with Designing and Building Scalable Solutions: Work with the team to develop high-quality Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Aura, and SOQL.
- Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong technical aptitude to translate plans into functional, scalable solutions.
- Ability to manage large datasets and optimize data models.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn new technologies and skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to write clear documentation, including code comments and user manuals.
- Willingness to obtain Salesforce certifications to advance technical expertise.
- Ability to travel to our Atlanta, GA office a few times per year for in-person meetings.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $80,000 - $110,000 USD per year
