German + English Career Consultant (Remote - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia)

Help aspiring students find the right course and shift or kickstart their careers through Bildungsgutschein. You will guide them with care, efficiency, and a personalized approach on their path to a rewarding career.

What you will be working on:

• Consulting with potential students to understand their interests, skills, and career goals, and proactively recommending the most suitable courses to help them succeed
• Driving student enrollment in the courses
• Developing and improving the admissions and student support process for the German market 
• Guiding students through all stages of the enrollment process, ensuring they complete all necessary steps for the Bildungsgutschein without difficulty
• Identifying obstacles students may face and proactively working on removing these challenges to reduce drop-off rates and improve the course sales
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students
• Maintaining accurate records of all student interactions and ensuring proper documentation for the admissions process
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the admissions process and offering recommendations for further improvements in both student experience and sales performance

• A confident presenter with a sales skillset
• Able to work independently and act proactively
• Open to feedback with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Resilient, calm, and professional in challenging situations, with a focus on delivering an outstanding enrollment experience
• Proficient in using Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Experienced in admissions and/or sales, especially in education or vocational training (preferable, but not mandatory)
