A healthcare company is seeking a strategic partner to oversee and improve their legacy MDM platform. The project is oriented to operational support and minor feature enhancements and additions as requested by the client. It does not include major feature design or implementation.
Role & Responsibilities:Legacy MDM Platform Support:Provide ongoing support for the legacy MDM platform, focusing on operational stability and minor feature enhancements.
Update platform components to maintain compliance and compatibility with third-party tools and support systems (e.g., TIBCO).
Work on optimize data flows within the legacy MDM platform, particularly for the production environment, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Lower Environment Maintenance:Work on the maintenance and support activities for non-production environments, maintaining an active pipeline for updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Collaborate with the India-based team to ensure effective support for alerts and issues, while working with the primary point of escalation in the US time zone.
Hard Skills - Must have:Experience and knowledge in .NET 6+ or Java, SQL Server, Oracle, Git, NodeJS.Experience and knowledge working with integrations between platforms (with API, CSV, XML, etc).Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure.Willingness to learn or improve his knowledge in these technologies.Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:Experience in application support, working with legacy platforms and a distributed team across different time zones.Familiarity with MDM platforms, TIBCO, and related technologies, along with experience in SQL, cloud and infrastructure.Experience and knowledge in SSIS.Experience in tools (SoapUI / Postman).Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:Communication and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience in delivering high-quality support, with an emphasis on system compliance and operational support.Willingness to learn or improve his knowledge if needed.
