Bellese Technologies is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our distributed team on our Hospital Quality Reporting program working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal agency.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience as a customer-facing digital product manager in a cross-functional agile environment, ideally in the public sector, professional services, or a highly regulated industry. To be successful, this person must have a deep understanding of the consulting mindset, user-centered prioritization, and the ability to build trust with a wide variety of stakeholders in a complex organization. Success requires a candidate who has excellent communication, collaboration, and technical product skills. This is a user-focused role, working to translate the needs of users and the business into digital product features.

It provides secure data exchange to and within various CMS quality reporting programs, including Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting, Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting, Inpatient Psychiatric Facility Quality Reporting, Prospective Payment System-Exempt Cancer Hospital Quality Reporting, Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting, and the Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program. As Product Manager on the Framework team, your work will be focused on new product enhancements and architectural adjustments intended to support HQR’s functional product teams, such as Access & Submissions (A/S), Calculation & Validation (C/V), Feedback & Support (F/S), and Analytics.
