Job Title: Social Media and Influencer Community Assistant

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media & Influencer Community Assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for both day-to-day social media management and moderating influencer audience comments.
 

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (including copy, images, videos, and stories) tailored to each platform.

  • Track social media performance through analytics tools and prepare reports on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth).

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and creative teams to align content with overall brand strategy and campaigns.

Influencer Community Management:

  • Responsible for monitoring and collating comments coming from Influencer based content in different platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok

  • Answer the Influencer’s audience questions and engage in their comments in a timely and knowledgeable manner

  • Responsible for monitoring, replying to influencer related inquiries coming from Facebook Messenger, IG Direct Messages, and Tiktok Messages

  • Collect and build an FAQ document to be shared among team members and Influencers
     

Scope of Work:
  • Manage our Social Media Channels

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content

  • Community Management

  • Monitor comments coming from our Influencer’s contents and collate negative/positive feedback for social listening

  • Assist our influencers and answer their audience questions in the comments in their behalf

  • Actively engage with influencer content and their audience

  • Moderate Influencer related inquiries coming from Facebook Messenger, IG Direct Messages, and Tiktok Messages

  • Coordinate with the Social Media and Influencer Marketing Team

  • Feedback and Reporting

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data interpretation.

  • Experience in community management, customer service, and sales.

  • Strong knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of driving and understanding of driver’s licenses.

  • Familiarity with international travel requirements and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Proven ability to develop creative and engaging content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

  • Experience in managing influencer relationships, negotiating collaborations, and tracking campaign success.

  • Understanding of Community Management, preferably with Customer Service background.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Experience in creating travel-related content.
