Influencer Outreach Specialist (ZR_18134_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer & User Generated Content (UGC) Creator Search: Identify and recruit influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with MAKARI’s brand values and aesthetics.
  
• Content Collaboration: Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that effectively showcases MAKARI’s products and benefits.
  
• Shopify Partnerships: Manage collaborations and shipments through Shopify.
  
• Linkby and Impact Management: Utilize platforms like Linkby.com and Impact.com to establish and manage affiliate and influencer partnerships.
  
• Community Engagement: Partner with the social media management team to monitor and reply to Instagram comments, fostering meaningful audience interactions and building brand loyalty.
  
• Campaign Coordination: Work with influencers to ensure campaigns are executed on time and in line with marketing goals.
  
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key campaign metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) to evaluate success and refine future strategies.
  

Requirements

• Qualifications:
  

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or UGC creation.
  
• Familiarity with Shopify processes (collabs, shipments, etc.), Linkby.com, and Impact.com.
  
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with social media and marketing teams.
  
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and staying ahead of digital trends.
