  • Handle crucial paperwork, including accord forms and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage incoming communications, routing calls and responding to emails with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with remote agents, providing vital administrative support to enhance team productivity
  • Maintain impeccable records, guaranteeing all client and policy information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Contribute to the agency’s growth by identifying process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, with insurance industry background highly valued
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy in data entry and documentation
