You are responsible for
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the deployment and embedding of new, critical capabilities brought by the business transformation portfolio of programs in line with Market, BG or Function’s needs Can maintain CI methodology and tools on one or more specific areas like Finance RTR, FP&A. Can decide and arrange specific Train the Trainer Sessions Can calibrate, assess and coach the organization in determining CI Maturity.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Impact P&L: Sales EBITA Working Capital Cost of non-Quality Time to Market NPS Number of Problems Solved Number of Functions within the area adopting CI WoW.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES:
Hands-on experience in accounting operations/FP&A will be an added advantage.
Experience in Finance process improvement/transformation project experience in Record to Report, FP&A space.
Understand P&L to drive Performance and Business Impact
Drive Continuous Improvement
Manage a Program or Project across B/R/F
Deliver Outcome through others
JOB OVERVIEW:
Support the business in resolving issues, using the known lean and 6S tools and the CI methodology, Kaizen events and projects as a way to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory within your assigned geography / business perimeter. Ensure your kaizen events – projects are properly planned / executed / sustained

Minimum Education & Training Requirements
Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred
At least 5 years relevant working experience in a global operating company in a regional or global role.
Able to drive change with sense of urgency and bias for action
Mastery of Philips Excellence Practices, esp. Lean, Continuous Improvement
