Job description

The Manager, Integrated Marketing, will be responsible for managing integrated marketing campaigns; prioritizing the B2B strategic account-based marketing (ABM) program. They will partner with our sales organization to identify target accounts, build customized strategies, and help move high-value accounts through the pipeline. Along with Marketing team members, this role is responsible for planning and executing integrated and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts to increase engagement and opportunity creation for targeted accounts. The Manager, Integrated Marketing would conduct research on target accounts and partner with account management teams to enhance existing account plans to drive new and cross-sell business. In coordination with the Marketing operations team, the Manager, Integrated Marketing, will develop the required metrics to measure performance of programs; as well as develop new tactics.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop Integrated Growth and Account Based programs to support building, accelerating and converting pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee and track execution of growth for integrated marketing and ABM programs, including measurement and reporting performance against KPIs and goals.
  • Effectively communicate across the marketing and broader organization, sharing project updates, timelines, processes and results, while also championing the marketing team and its impact on the overall business.
  • Collaborate with key Sales and Product team leaders and stakeholders to align demand generation with sales efforts.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth environment is critical.
  • Build account-specific strategies: Tailor marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of top prospect accounts to support lead gen (MQLs), pipeline (SQLs), and bookings goals.
  • Research: utilize internal and external data and systems to prioritize and personalize outreach to target accounts.
  • Create customized content: Craft a compelling content and messaging strategy that’s tailored to specific account needs. Partner with the larger Marketing team to build and deliver audience and channel appropriate content
  • Build multi-channel campaigns: Use your deep knowledge and experience in building and executing growth and account-based marketing plans utilizing email, webinars, digital/inbound marketing, social media and face-to-face events.
  • Align with stakeholders: Own partnership with the Sales team, including setting joint goals for top prospect accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work across the marketing and sales organization on ABM programs, and manage regular check-ins.
  • Measure ROI: Compile and report on ABM performance and results. Adjust programs/strategies using data and sales feedback to meet goals.
  • Manage budget: Adhere to agreed marketing budget, track all vendor invoices and align with finance.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with proven success in developing demand generation programs.
  • 1+ years’ experience, and track record for building innovative, growth focused ABM programs and experience working closely with sales.
  • A strong communicator, confident and articulate in presenting to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Strong strategy, content and communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare technology background is preferred
