As a(n) Export Customer Svc Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Managing orders utilizing SAP, COMS (Corporate Order Management System) and Salesforce databases.
  • Work directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of orders.
  • Understands and supports the export rules and regulations to comply with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
  • Manage enquires direct from customers regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc. 
  • Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (6) years of Customer Service Experience  

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND (4) years of Customer Service Experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 4 years of speaking and writing bilingually in English and Spanish

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in export transactions
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • High proficiency using PC based applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working on cross-functional and international teams
  • Salesforce, SAP and COMS experience
  • Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution
