JOB MISSION:  

To support in the planning, trading, analysis and purchasing of the seasonal ranges from initial planning to sell through for Full Price and Outlet channels. 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Support the DTC Planning Team in developing financial strategies and seasonal product assortment plans to meet consumer demand, optimise stock availability, and maximise sales opportunities across Full Price and Outlet. 

  • Responsible for monthly reforecast of sales and stock (WSSI) and ladder plan for your own categories (Apparel Lifestyle and Accessories). 

  • Responsible for Accessories NOOS planning. 

  • Be responsible for Monday trading pack, and seasonal hindsight analysis to identify current and future trading opportunities. 

  • Support the Planning Team with ongoing analyses including line forecasts, size analysis, and buy plan quantification on core lines.  

  • Work closely with the Allocation and the Retail Team to support in promotions and markdown analysis. 

  • Work closely with the Merchandising Team and support during pre-season planning and in-season trading. 

  • Supporting the wider team during the Purchasing & Buying process. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:  

  • Previous experience in a planning/merchandising/analytic role (2 years). 

  • Retail math and analytical skills with a strong link to translate to product. 

  • Advanced Excel user. 

  • Great communication skills at all levels. 

  • Experience with BI an advantage. 

  • Ability to cope with multiple active projects. 

  • Enjoys working collaboratively, as part of a team and building strong working relationships.
