T&D Business Analyst - Learning Systems

Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent & Development (T&D) Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in enhancing and optimizing our talent and development systems and processes. Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the release management process for our cloud-based global talent & development platforms.
• Evaluating existing T&D systems, recommending enhancements, and implementing new technologies to support global learning initiatives.
• Collaborating with business collaborators to deploy new functionalities and assess their impact on end users.

Essential Skills & Experience:

We are seeking candidates with:

• Over 5 years of experience as a business analyst with expertise in HR technology implementations.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive projects from inception to implementation.
• Exceptional communication and social skills to engage and collaborate with partners at all organizational levels.
• Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience with HRIS systems/platforms (e.g., Workday).
• Knowledge of robotic/process automation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
