The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the Raleigh office’s appearance, supplies, communications, and meeting spaces. This is a part time role, ideally for three day per week, however, we are open to other part time options. One day a week will need to be in the office.


Here's how

  • Inventory and order office and marketing supplies
  • Sort and distribute mail and answer any calls
  • Schedule needed maintenance for the office, and coordinate any ad-hoc daily issues
  • Coordinate with office vendors, service providers and property managers including managing contract and price negotiations in some cases
  • Partner with People & Culture to update or archive any documentation
  • Organize office operations and procedure
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide BOZP mandatory training
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues
  • Support any company events such as eye examinations, voluntary activities, party planningS

What you bring to the role

  • Strong administration experience, ideally with proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to speak to internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Salary

Base salary starting at 958 Euro per month, gross, pro rated. Actual salary is likely to be higher depending on each individual candidate.
