What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Director of State Partnerships who will embody a true “white-glove” approach to relationship management. This individual will design and execute exclusive, professional experiences for high-level prospects in K-12 education. Event management will focus on fine-dining events and unique, tailored interactions that establish our company as a leader in the K-12 industry. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, a refined understanding of social dynamics, and superb professionalism.

What You'll Do At Just Right Reader

  • Exclusive Event Planning: Design and orchestrate personalized, high-caliber dinners and events for key prospects, ensuring every detail meets our standard of excellence.
  • ILO Partnership: Manage the relationship and coordination of high level Forums and all communication with third party white glove service.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Leverage your network of political and business leaders to build connections and open doors for new business development.
  • White-Glove Client Engagement: Provide a superior level of service that anticipates client needs, creating memorable experiences that reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence.
  • High-Level Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and high-level contacts, adeptly managing both verbal and written interactions.
  • Discreet & Professional Execution: Exhibit the utmost professionalism and confidentiality while delivering seamless experiences for all clients.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on luxury and hospitality trends, incorporating insights into each client experience to ensure an exceptional and innovative approach.
