Livestock Advertising Sales Consultant

The Midwest Messenger & Lee Agri-Media, Lee Enterprises, Inc. entities are seeking a full-time Livestock Advertising Consultant & Customer Service Professional. This commission-based position requires inbound and outbound sales experience with a strong focus and background in the livestock industry.

This position works with Lee Agri-Media’s livestock accounts which include livestock sale barns and individual livestock producers to develop recommendations based on customer needs and objectives. An ideal candidate will have sales experience, marketing knowledge and an understanding of the livestock industry.

This position requires excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to cold call and prospect for new advertisers using phone, email and face to face meetings.

A solid understanding of digital marketing will be critical for success and must be able to adapt to change as we grow in the digital space. Employees will present marketing solutions including traditional print media, online banner display, targeted digital ads, search engine optimization, and social media platforms just to name a few.

This is an established account base, but a successful candidate will look to grow the number of clients we work with. This position is remote and preferred to be located in Nebraska, South Dakota or Minnesota.
