The Job:  

As a Project Manager, Margin Resiliency you will play a pivotal role in the execution and implementation of Tariff-related actions across the North America Commercial Sales and Marketing Organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Commercial Leadership, Sales, Channel Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Communications, and others as needed.

As Project Manager, Margin Resiliency, you’ll be part of our North America Commercial team. You’ll get to:

  • Project Plan: Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders and team members. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Team Manage: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving engagement and supporting workstreams to achieve project goals. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Communicate: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members. Conduct regular project status meetings to keep everyone informed. Prepare project status reports, including executive-level presentations, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Quality Assure: Ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards set by stakeholders. Conduct quality reviews and ensure that corrective actions are taken as necessary.
  • Project Monitor and Control: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the project stays on track. Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timeline or budget. Proactively assess and address project needs, potential impediments, and consult with senior leaders as necessary.

The Person:

  • 3+ years leading and managing programs and/or projects, preferably with a consumer products company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, communications or a related field; PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with standard sales and commercial concepts as well as strong financial acumen required.
  • Regular access to the Towson, MD campus preferred.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Suite Software, especially MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with creation and execution of GANTT Charts.
  • Demonstrated detail-oriented, self-reliant, problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills through managing projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience working across functions, managing large cross-functional workstreams to deliver enterprise objectives
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Systems knowledge: SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com
