What You Will Achieve

The Pfizer US Hematology Sales Regional Coordinator within Pfizer Oncology will coordinate all administrative responsibilities in support of the Hematology Sales Leadership Team. This role will report directly to the Vice President, National Sales Lead for Hematology and work closely with the three Regional Business Directors and the Sales Enablement Manager in support of the entire US Hematology Sales organization consisting of 16 Area Business Managers (ABMs) and 140 Senior Oncology Account Specialists (SOASs).

The US Hematology Sales Regional Coordinator will also be responsible for managing progress against priority projects of high interest to the leadership team. The role requires project management proficiency and accountability for leading projects to completion while adhering to pre specified timelines and budget. The US Hematology Sales Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally across the Oncology Business Unit and work closely with coordinators from across the other Sales teams, HQ and other parts of the US business.

In addition, the US Hematology Sales Coordinator will ensure coordination of meetings, reports, calendar management and follow through in a high quality and timely manner. This position will require strong communication ability, proactive planning, problem solving and self-direction along with the ability to identify opportunities and solve issues impacting overall efficiency and operational effectiveness of the CEP Platform.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the US Hematology Sales LT in the form of coordination, collaboration, communication, and ownership for a variety of high-level based initiatives as well as MS Outlook Calendar Management

  • Planning and support for internal LT meetings, cross functional meetings and customer meetings including logistical communications, meeting follow-ups and ensuring LT member accountability for follow through.

  • Travel and Expense support for hematology sales leadership (inclusive of audit of concur submission and travel arrangements)   

  • Triage priority emails and urgent communications ensuring timely follow up

  • Support the development of organizational communications and presentations.

  • Development and management of key projects tracker and ensuring accountability for providing updates and closing actions items

  • Assist Leadership with informational requests and data compilation. Provide ad hoc analytics support as needed to support business decisions.

  • Planning and support of POAs, events, meetings, team buildings, external stakeholder meetings, and speaker programs which includes budget tracking and management (in partnership with SC Enablement Team and Pfizer Meetings Team).

  • Management of key enabling systems supporting the US Hematology Sales team. Report processing including expenses, requisitions, and POs. 

  • Provides recruiting assistance including but not limited to Candidate travel, Onboarding  and Termination Support  

  • Partners with PX provides and manages the necessary staffing and organization repots and distributions lists

  • Provides Administrative support for various field transactions and supports the field sales force and leadership as requested

  • Vendor Credentialing: receiving questions, provide assistance and process individual requests for field certification (Attestation Letters for background, drug, product, insurance, etc.) 

  • Conference Support including Receiving and processing Exhibits & Displays and Sponsorships via Ariba from the field.   (ASCO, ASH: registration, meeting rooms/events for sales team)

  • Partners with LT and Finance to manage budgets and appropriate reporting.

  • Leads collaboration and community of practice norming across SC Coordinator Team aligned to the CEP Platform to support best practice sharing, optimal teamwork, efficiency, and project coordination.

  • Assists as needed on cross functional workstreams (e.g. Culture and Engagement)

  • Managing and coordinating internal stakeholder engagement including Team Huddles and culture building activities

  • Track and assist in advancing CEP business goals on a semester basis.

Qualifications Must-Have

•             Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.

•             5+ years of related administrative business experience

•             Strong track record meeting personal and team goals

•             Proven record of implementing projects and process improvements

Nice-to-Have

•             Strong knowledge of Pfizer systems and applications, including Ariba, Pfizer Travel & Expenses, MS Teams, SharePoint and Yammer

•             Experience using applications, such as Concur, MS Teams and Ariba

•             Ability to take direction and work with minimal oversight

The salary for this position ranges from $31.99 to $53.31 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
