Job description

NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Program Manager for Data Center Quality support to be responsible for the outstanding lifecycle experience of customers embracing NVIDIA Data Center Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall NVIDIA Customer Quality Experience engaging across OEM & ODM partners to develop, implement, and supervise customer satisfaction and quality management initiatives to ensure delivery and support of best-in-class products across multiple Data Centers as well as Cloud Service Providers. The role will be accountable for overall customer satisfaction and sustaining activities, clearly articulating the communication strategies at NVIDIA and OEM/ODM Senior VP Executive levels, taking care of high-profile customer critical issues which will require proven experience of customers’ management across NVIDIA and OEMs/ODMs working closely with cross-functional teams. As such, a passion for customer satisfaction, following high quality standards, solid planning, detailed execution, and critical thinking are the cornerstones for this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and coordinate NVIDIA Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities supporting OEMs/ODMs across several large Cloud Service Providers deployments.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and joint Quality Assurance and Sustaining Strategy between NVIDIA, OEMs/ODMs and Data Center operations, ensuring alignment with business, quality and user experience objectives.

  • Establish, maintain, and implement quality standards and procedures in accordance with industry standard methodologies for large Datacenter System Deployment and Sustaining activities.

  • Lead internal and external reviews on production systems quality issues as well as prepare regular reports detailing findings and corrective actions.

  • Identify areas for improvements in a collaboration between NVIDIA and OEMs/ODMs production systems, applying data analysis and metrics to drive improvements.

  • Work closely with NVIDIA and OEMs/ODMs cross-functional teams, including product and customer quality, operations, and engineering to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of data center enterprise products.

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality performance, and present findings to senior management.

  • Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on NVIDIA Data Center Product Quality and Operations.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS/PhD Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record to work on Enterprise Data Center products quality management and system operational excellence.

  • 12+ years of proven experience in Customer Program Management at Senior VP Executive Leadership levels.

  • Strong leadership when looking after high-profile Customer Escalations, working across engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve product technical quality and logistical issues. Set accurate expectations and keep the scope of the projects on a track to successful execution.

  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) following Technology Industry standards.

  • Technical savvy around Data Center Infrastructure and experience around HW/SW systems components integration, system topologies, and system configurations.

  • Responsible for Data Center – Quality Management Initiatives and Improvements working closely across multiple OEMs/ODMs systems providers.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with customers across Business, System Engineering and Quality Management groups.

  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQI, CQM) and PMP Program Management Certification are desirable.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
