Job Description

The Data Automation and Processing Specialist will be responsible for developing effective solutions for data management and transformation across various projects. Using tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Python (with Pandas and Selenium libraries), and Excel, the candidate will work with internal and external teams to automate processes, feed reporting systems, and facilitate insights generation for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Process and transform data from multiple sources (Excel, CSV) using Alteryx to generate reports or mass upload files.
  • Automate workflows in Microsoft through Power Automate, including downloading email attachments in Outlook and uploading data to SharePoint lists.
  • Develop scripts in Python with Pandas for audits and data processing, and with Selenium for automating interactions in Dynamics 365 and external websites.
  • Create and maintain the existing solutions that were developed using Alteryx, Python, Power Automate, and Excel Macros.
  • Participate in end-to-end projects that require the integration of Alteryx, Power Automate, and Python, from design to implementation.
  • Collaborate with international teams in English, including regular meetings and communications with teams in APAC and EMEA.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related Areas.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience with a data management, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Power Automate, and Python (intermediate-level knowledge of Pandas and Selenium required).
  • Specific knowledge in Excel and macros, with the ability to solve client issues using the simplest tools before escalating to more complex solutions.
  • Prior experience in data automation and processing projects in Shared Services environments.


Licenses and Certifications:

  • Alteryx Core Designer certification is preferred


Work Requirements:

Logical-mathematical thinking and programming orientation.

Fluent English for collaboration with global teams.

Strong communication skills, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement in processes.

A mindset focused on simplicity for the end-user: Python developments should be delivered as executable files with intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
