Responsibilities:

• Design and develop clean, scalable code for the Autonomous Driving stack, focusing on Motion Planning activities.
• Provide technical guidance and actively contribute to the technical growth of the team.
• Lead efforts to achieve KPIs related to Motion Planning.
• Translate complex functional requirements into efficient, high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on software design and development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong C++ programming skills with knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Motion Planning algorithms for autonomous driving or robotics.
• Familiarity with software design methods, quality standards (MISRA, SPICE), and AUTOSAR platforms.
• Strong understanding of linear algebra, kinematics, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Linux OS, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
