As the Marketing Coordinator, you contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives, supporting ongoing campaigns from start to finish.

You'll work cross-functionally with the broader Marketing team, prioritising your workload across various deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, supporting the team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign and Content Support: Help ensure digital assets and content are aligned with brand guidelines, supporting the execution of ongoing digital campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, web, and paid media), and contributing to content creation where needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support the seamless execution of digital campaigns, ensuring effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for digital marketing initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, maintaining campaign documentation, and assisting with asset management.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating digital marketing projects, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are executed according to plan, timelines are met, and the quality of digital assets is maintained.
  • Performance Tracking: Support the tracking and reporting of digital campaign performance across various platforms, assisting in the analysis of metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget & Financial Administration: Assist in managing the budget for digital marketing campaigns, including processing invoices, raising purchase orders (POs), and updating spend trackers to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide support across digital marketing functions, collaborating with other teams, such as design, content, and data analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives.
  • Service Desk Support: Act as the front door for Service Desk support, handling and resolving venue team queries related to digital campaign tools, platforms, and access, and escalating to relevant managers when necessary.
  • Role Model ALH Values: Demonstrate the ALH Values and Ways of Working, contributing positively to the digital marketing team culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
     

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • 1 + years experience working in a dedicated marketing environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation & communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks whilst working to agreed time frames.
  • Able to successfully work and contribute to a team environment.
