Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Performance Marketing individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about digital marketing, advertising platforms, and data-driven campaign optimization. As a Performance Marketing Associate Executive, you will assist the team in executing campaigns, tracking results, and gaining hands-on experience with key marketing tools.

Min Requirements: 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email, SMS, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generating reports to track KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Help manage budget allocations and pacing across channels to maximize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly performance marketing.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing,  and other online advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of KPI'S , CPC, CPM, CTR, reach, impressions.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
