As a Test Equipment Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge engineering solutions for testing electrical parameters. This position combines innovative system design, team collaboration, and the development of advanced testing methods to support complex electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test equipment, including electrical design, automation software, and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and optimize testing methods for electro-mechanical systems.
• Use LabVIEW and C programming to create and maintain robust test software solutions.
• Plan testing activities, manage milestones, and address risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production areas, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in electronics (analog and digital), software development, and testing practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and LabVIEW (TestStand experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with manufacturing process controls and validation/verification techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical field.
• Advantageous skills include data acquisition systems (National Instruments), statistical methods (MSA, Cpk, R&R), and a problem-solving mindset.
