As a Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of product development projects from concept to completion. You will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, resource optimization, and adherence to deadlines. This role offers the chance to lead innovative initiatives in industries like electric and hybrid vehicle motor converters and inverters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to delivery.
• Define project goals, requirements, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones.
• Monitor risks and address challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Document progress and report outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in managing complex technical projects in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in project lifecycle management and resource planning.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Ability for occasional traveling to Sofia city
