LOCALiQ is looking for a
Project Manager to play a key role in our Organization. The
Project Manager will lead digital marketing projects from inception to completion, will work on cross-functional teams and will participate in onboarding new clients. Candidates must be in the contiguous U.S. to be considered. EST and CST preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account managers, client success, operations, and sales leaders to execute marketing strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with operations and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and track project performance.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- New brand onboarding.
- Onboarding and offboarding of new franchise owners and transfers
- Regular maintenance requests.
- Liaison directly with client to provide updates and partner on joint requirements
- Consistency across various reporting views and dashboards.
- Proactive monitoring of dashboards to ensure consistency across analytics views and any disruptions to reporting at brand or FO level.
- Training of owners and brands on dashboard usage.
- Updating of self-service guides.
Work In 3rd Party Ticketing System Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager in a marketing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing role.
- Digital Marketing Account Manager experience is a plus.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000 and $62,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
