The Role

We are looking for a Payment Network Maintenance Specialist to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH/Hybrid or Remote in the U.S. EST or CST Time Zones.

As a member of the Paymode Business Solutions team, you will spend your time monitoring the Paymode Payments network to ensure accounts are set up for successful receipt of payment and remittance data. This position is data-driven, analytical, and research-focused to drive profitable growth at Paymode. 

This Specialist will develop and execute workflows, policies, practices, and procedures that properly manage the maintenance needs of the payments network. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

How you'll contribute:

-  Run ad hoc queries to monitor data sets and take prescribed actions to resolve discrepancies

- Make decisions regarding work methods, best practices, and thrive in ambiguous situations 

- Require minimal direction and receive guidance and coaching when needed

- Written and verbal communication to Clients to re-engage with the platforms and confirm outstanding information

- Communicate with financial institutions to verify account information

- Interact with various levels of Management to clarify requirements and collaborate on process improvements

- Develop working relationships with key business partners

- Assist with all special projects as assigned

- 2+ years of professional experience managing a SaaS solution

- Professional experience with MS Office suite and Excel (any SQL, PowerQuery, or PowerBI experience is preferred)

- Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation

- Possessing strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills 

- Experience delivering exceptional customer service

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Ability to work well under pressure, with a sense of urgency, and meet metrics 

- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences 

- A Bachelor’s degree in a business administration, finance, a technical or a related field is preferred (Not Required)
