  • Understand the needs and priorities of multiple stakeholders/users to improve program effectiveness and drive adoption of accessibility
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners involved in the program
  • Establish and maintain a framework and mechanisms to guide decision making that errs on the side of the customer while demonstrating a deep understanding of technical and business factors
  • Support other duties as needed

You have:

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal skills, to clearly communicate and lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team. Able to translate technical concepts to a business and non-technical audience
  • Experience working in SCRUM/Agile frameworks
  • A team player able to build and maintain technical relationships, to manage priorities and demands from stakeholders across the company, and create consensus and approvals without direct reporting lines
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and collaborative approach to work. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Quick to learn and understand new technical concepts and technologies. Takes smart risks and champion new ideas
