Do you want to make our software and systems better? Do you have UI / UX skills and an eye for the user experience? We’re looking for a Software Product Manager who can work well with our Project Management, Sales Training, and internal teams! If this sounds like you, then keep reading!

The Software Product Manager on the Technology team is responsible for prioritizing features, coordinating projects, creating mock-ups, and implementing training on new software updates. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating business requirements from stakeholders to technical requirements for the Development team and communicating these requirements through user stories.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted via phone and video calls. This role will be fully remote.

 In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Create clear, reasonable, and inspiring solutions and requirements for software products that align with N2’s business needs.
  • Generate buy-in for new features among leaders and stakeholders.
  • Leverage design skills to create mock-ups and provide input on UI / UX for all of N2’s software.
  • Create concise user stories to provide Developers with clear direction on what to build.
  • Provide training and implementation support to the Communications team, team leaders, and users.
  • Consult as a stakeholder on projects to ensure software updates are user-focused and align with the software-product vision.
To Land This Gig, You Need:
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience.
  • A strong understanding of UI / UX best practices.
  • To determine when systems improvements are appropriate and advocate for these updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software training best practices and comfortable training at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to communicate with different teams on a variety of topics.
  • A process-minded approach and ability to explain and visualize process changes. 
  • To be highly organized.
