What you’ll be doing as an Outbound Sales Agent:

  • Making outbound calls to our existing customer base
  • Using your Sales techniques to pitch, promote and sell our products.
  • You’ll identify and assess and build rapport with customer, you’ll understand their needs and ensure you provide accurate and updated product information and offer solutions to benefit the customer
  • Meeting and exceeding Sales targets
  • You’ll provide an exceptional customer service experience whilst adhering to regulatory requirements
  • You’ll use various systems and ensure these are updated accurately

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following skills & experience:

  • Prior Sales experience within a similar role, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Target driven with experience of exceeding sales targets
  • Commission driven
  • Professional and engaging telephone manner
  • Team player
  • Self driven with great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong PC skills, with the ability to handle different systems at the same time
