What you’ll be doing as an Outbound Sales Agent:

Making outbound calls to our existing customer base
Using your Sales techniques to pitch, promote and sell our products.
You’ll identify and assess and build rapport with customer, you’ll understand their needs and ensure you provide accurate and updated product information and offer solutions to benefit the customer
Meeting and exceeding Sales targets
You’ll provide an exceptional customer service experience whilst adhering to regulatory requirements
You’ll use various systems and ensure these are updated accurately

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following skills & experience:

Prior Sales experience within a similar role, ideally within a contact centre environment
Target driven with experience of exceeding sales targets
Commission driven
Professional and engaging telephone manner
Team player
Self driven with great communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong PC skills, with the ability to handle different systems at the same time
