Job description

Staffaro is looking to hire a strategic and data-driven Meta Ad Manager (Instagram Ad Manager) to join our marketing team. The Meta Ad Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to achieve business goals.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and implement effective audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Budget Management: Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and Meta platforms.
  • Compliance: Ensure all ad campaigns comply with Meta’s advertising policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Meta Ad Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
