Senior Business Analyst - CRM / Agile - UN Agency

For a UN Agency based in Geneva, NTT DATA is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team on remote, who will be responsible for supporting the gathering and analysis of business requirements, streamline business processes, data mapping, data analysis and carrying out other specialized activities to effectively support the activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal experts to gather and document business requirements and use cases for the CRM system.
• Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and data to identify areas for process improvement and alignment with CRM best practices.
• Develop comprehensive process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states, highlighting CRM system integration points.
• Document business specifications for integration points
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Create detailed data flow diagrams to visualize how data moves between different systems, applications, and processes within the CRM environment.
• Include both current-state and future-state DFDs to illustrate improvements and integration points.
• Assess and analyse complex data structures, schemas and relationships from diverse sources and systems to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns for customer data.
• Analyse data structures, data quality, and data migration requirements for customer data.
• Engage with a range of stakeholders to ensure necessary information is accurately disseminated across various teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
• Assist the project team to define and implement suitable tools and techniques to address and mitigate resistance to change and drive user adoption.
• Perform other tasks as required.

For this role you will need to have experience in:

• First-level university degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large-scale IT projects.
• Extensive experience with Agile Projects.
• Experience in performing complex analyses and communicating the results to a varied group of stakeholders.
• Experience in design process.
• Extensive experience in performing the role of a senior business analyst in large-scale IT software application development projects with dozens of stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge and experience in using tools to document processes and workflows, such as Use Case Diagrams, Data and Process Flow Diagrams etc.
• Expert knowledge in measuring and tracking delivery of systems as fit for purpose and in accordance with agreed requirements (KPIs, quality measurements & control points).
• Understanding of customer data structures.
• Extensive experience in mentoring other colleagues in Business Analysis practices.
• Confident communicator and team player, with advanced/proficient level written and verbal English communication skills.
• Software development languages and tools: MS Office, Visio, JIRA, good understanding in process modelling tools, Databases and Case tools.

Desirable:

• Advanced university degree in Information Technology, Management or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Business Process Modelling, such as CBAP or other IIBA certification.
• Certification in CRM, software development, or data management.
• Experience in the implementation and/or configuration of a CRM solution, i.e. Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.
• Experience in Master Data Management in the customer domain.
• Knowledge of other UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish).
