Job Purpose

Develop and implement Africa-wide reward strategies to attract, motivate and retain top talent.

Drive organization wide initiatives around organization design, Compensation and Benefits and HR Budgeting.

Compensation and Benefits

Lead the Compensation and to to promote fairness and optimally reward employees. 

Annual Performance and Compensation Cycle 

Propose & Roll-out annual Performance Management exercise and Annual Compensation revision and to achieve increments in line with organisation performance, budget and global compensation philosophy while differentially rewarding talent across the region. 

HR Budgeting 

Prepare and monitor the annual and monthly workforce budget, and the total budget for the HR function, to maintain expenditure controls in line with the organization’s overall people cost strategy 

Organization Development 

Lead and manage Organization Design, Job Banding and other OD initiatives to ensure its Organization Structure as well as HR Practices are effective in meeting the overall business objectives 

Expatriation and Repatriation process 

Implement the Global mobility framework in SAGA by assisting secondments and expatriations to support creation of a global talent pool
