Your Responsibilities

 

As a Learning & Performance Consultant for John Deere World Headquarters, you will design and develop learner-centered, performance-based solutions using adult learning methodologies and various delivery methods (e-learning, instructor-led learning, virtual learning environments, performance support, job aids, playbooks, etc.) In addition, you will: 

 

  • Serve as an internal learning consultant to enhance the performance of employees through the identification and facilitation of learning solutions.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to assist the business in identifying gaps in knowledge to make recommendations, and implement solutions to enable achievement of performance goals and objectives.
  • Collaborates on performance improvement projects and designs and implements performance improvement interventions or plans to directly address and mitigate performance gaps.

What Skills You Need

 

  • 3 or more years' experience understanding of learning technology and how it supports learning initiatives.
  • 3 or more years of exceptional writing, design and editing skills.
  • 3 or more years creativity and resourcefulness to solve problems and develop innovative learning solutions.
  • 3 or more years collaborative, team-player mindset and focus on delivering impact for learners, clients and the organization.
  • 3 or more years ability to pivot and remain agile in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • 3 or more years' experience of highly effective execution with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
What Makes You Stand Out

 

  • Experience utilizing AI-based productivity or authoring tools.
  • Data Analysis, interpretation, and visualization expertise.
  • Experience w/ performance management data.
  • 3 or more years learning and/or performance consulting experience.
Education

 

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

  • Bachelors degree in business, HR, learning, or technology or equivalent related work experience
