Job description

  • Enter information and other relevant data into spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Contact treatment centers to set appointments for presentations, where the team will discuss the organization’s program and services.
  • Order supplies from online vendors (e.g., Amazon) and compare prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Reconcile financial data in QuickBooks and assist with tracking expenses.
  • Organize and file documents clearly to ensure all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Ensure all bills are set to autopay and input the amounts into a spreadsheet for all six houses, tracking monthly costs.
  • Collect and manage reviews when possible, documenting positive feedback for future use.
  • Monitor rent payments and ensure all rent is collected on time for all properties.
  • Assist with various other administrative duties as needed to support team operations.
