Currently, we are searching for a Workfront Solutions Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve
as the primary Workfront administrator for the Marketing &
Communications team
- Configure
and customize Workfront to meet the specific needs of the team, including
project templates, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and approval
processes
- Partner
with marketing and communications leaders to understand and execute
universal modifications and updates across multiple projects. Ensure these
modifications are captured, tracked, and implemented consistently in
Workfront
- Identify
opportunities to improve existing workflows and processes in Workfront,
ensuring that the platform is being used to its full potential to
streamline project management, resource allocation, and communications
across marketing initiatives
- Provide
ongoing training and support to team members, ensuring they are proficient
in using Workfront for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Offer troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and enhance the
overall user experience
- Act as
the main point of contact for all Workfront-related inquiries,
collaborating with various internal stakeholders (including Marketing,
Communications, IT, and Project Management teams) to ensure effective
platform usage and to troubleshoot any issues
- Develop
customized reports and dashboards that provide visibility into project
status, performance, and key metrics, especially regarding the universal
modifications. Use data to drive decision-making and improve efficiency
- Support
the team in navigating any changes to processes, workflows, or platform
features within Workfront. Assist in rolling out new features and best
practices to ensure smooth transitions
- Manage
and track the lifecycle of marketing and communications projects in
Workfront, ensuring timely completion, appropriate resource allocation,
and alignment with organizational goals
- Work
closely with IT teams to manage integrations, troubleshoot system issues,
and ensure the platform is aligned with organizational infrastructure
Minimum Job Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience using Workfront in a
project management, operations, or technical support role
● Experience working with Marketing &
Communications teams to understand project requirements and workflows
● Proven experience managing workflows and
configurations within Workfront.
● Strong proficiency in Workfront, including the
setup and management of projects, workflows, reports, and dashboards
● Excellent understanding of marketing and
communications processes, including campaign management, creative workflows,
and cross-functional collaboration
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions within
Workfront
● Familiarity with Workfront integrations,
automations, and APIs is a plus
● Strong written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, from
executives to project teams
● Ability to train and guide team members with
varying levels of technical expertise
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage
multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field (preferred)
● Regular and predictable attendance
