Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday during AU business hours 8 AM to 5 PM (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time) (20 hours per week)


Scope:


  • Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms

  • Develop content calendar and create daily posts

  • Engage with the online community and potential customers

  • Assist with website updates and SEO improvements

  • Collaborate with the business owner to align social media strategy with overall business goals

  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving social media performance


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Create and schedule engaging posts, ensuring consistent branding and color palette

  • Design graphics and edit videos for social media content

  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages

  • Conduct social media outreach to potential customers and clients

  • Brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns

  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and analytics

  • Assist with website content updates and SEO optimization



Requirements


  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
