This is a remote position.

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours a week- Monday-Wednesday and Saturday 9am-2pm MST ( 11PM - 4AM Manila Time)

Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Virtual Medical Receptionist to be the digital face of our clinic. In this role, you’ll leverage your healthcare expertise to manage our advanced Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring seamless patient communication and efficient clinic operations.   • Expertly navigate and manage our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer service through virtual messaging and other digital platforms
  • Efficiently handle appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal clinic flow and patient convenience
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all communications and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and superior patient care
  • Assist in various administrative tasks to support the clinic’s daily functions and long-term goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration, with a strong background in medical office procedures
  • Current HIPAA compliance certification, demonstrating your commitment to patient privacy
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare-related software
