Job summary

The Project Coordinator responsibilities include the coordination and satisfactory completion of all aspects of projects on time within budget and scope. The successful candidate will work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Also will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

The role will be based in Cairo and will be a hybrid role with time spent at client sites, office based and working from home.

Your role in our mission:

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards.
  • Assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
  • Maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the PMO & the appropriate management & escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Proven Experience of managing multiple projects at any one time
  • Technical experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to mobilize and influence others
  • Experience of working with remote teams will be beneficial
  • Professional certification—including PMP
  • Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or any related/similar field.
