Clinical Transformation Manager - Enterprise Monitoring as a Service (Travel: National)

Job Description

The Clinical Transformation Manager will collaborate with Enterprise Monitoring as a Service customers and the internal Philips teams to develop long term roadmaps focused on clinical transformation within the facility(ies). In this role you will be charged with ensuring opportunities are identified, that KPIs are determined and measured (at baseline and throughout projects), and communicating overall clinical plans and status with key stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the lifetime of the contract.

Your role:

  • Understand and manage all aspects of clinical workflow and optimization methodologies to drive clinical components for Enterprise Monitoring as a Service (EMaaS) customers including, but not limited to: building strong relationships with EMaaS customers regarding clinical optimization to identify and assist in developing process improvement roadmaps, leading EMaaS customers to vision the possibilities in the "what could be" state and build service offerings to help them get there, using creative strategies to uncover customer issues and applying analytical skills to document the costs to customers for failing to change, applying change management techniques to build services offerings leading to clinical transformation and adoption.
  • Collaborate with a team of thought leaders and delivery consultants focused on Clinical Professional Services, as well as teams focused on IT Professional Services, Services, Sales, and Business Unit Leaders. Interface with customer executives and clinicians to position our services and represent the organization. Partner with Services Marketing to ensure alignment of services offerings and ideas with initiatives within the larger Clinical Services business.
  • Translate EMaaS professional services opportunities into tangible growth.
  • Make our customers, and Philips, think differently about future product and service innovation and strategy in the arena of clinical optimization.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of clinical experience in nursing, nursing leadership, services delivery, professional services, clinical transformation, or consulting.
  • Your skills include a consulting mindset, exceptional communication skills, strong analytical thinking to influence change, leadership capabilities, and demonstrated data analysis experience.
  • You have a bachelor's degree (required), master's degree preferred
  • Active RN licensure preferred
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
  • You are comfortable with 70% national overnight travel

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $102,200.00 to $175,200.00, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
