What makes you a great fit

• Competence level 4 (9-12 years).
• The consultant must have university education in systems science.
• The consultants must be able to communicate in Swedish and/or English both orally and in writing.
• Experience of having worked in the role linked to at least one Pega project for at least three years.
• Experience of working as an architect in the public sector for at least 2 years.
• Experience of working as a portfolio architect for at least 2 years.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leading role in architecture, e.g. team leader.

Your day-to-day in this position

• Develop and oversee enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and public sector requirements.
• Lead architecture teams, guide portfolio-level decisions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage architecture across multiple projects, including at least one Pega project, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
