About the role 

 

Serve as the primary point of contact for client’s regional stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration, effective communication, and successful delivery of digital services across markets. Drive engagement and alignment between global and regional teams to support the client’s strategic objectives. 

 

What you’ll do 
 

Program Leadership: 

 

  • Lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary projects across regions (AMERICAS, EMEA, APAC). 
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with client goals and business objectives. 
  • Coordinate with technical, development, UX/UI, and client services teams for effective collaboration and delivery. 
      

Strategic Planning: 

 

  • Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans. 
  • Align program goals with broader company objectives and client requirements. 
  • Manage risk, anticipate challenges, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes. 

 

Client Relationship Management: 

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the program level. 
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a strong relationship through proactive communication and delivery of results. 

 

Cross-Functional Team Management: 

 

  • Work closely with Project Managers, technical teams (Tech Leaders, Cloud Architects, DevOps, Lead Developers), and innovation teams to ensure alignment and execution of program deliverables. 
  • Foster collaboration across teams to drive innovation and continuous platform evolution. 
     

Performance & Reporting: 

 

  • Monitor and report on the progress of all projects within the program. 
  • Provide high-level updates to executive leadership on milestones, budgets, and timelines. 
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs, quality standards, and deadlines. 
     

About you 

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred. 

 

Experience: 

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT, digital platform development, or cloud services. 
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-region programs in a global environment (preferably managing WordPress platforms and cloud-based infrastructures such as Azure and Kubernetes). 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional, technical teams. 
  • Strong client management experience with global, enterprise-level clients. 

 

Skills: 

  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker) and CMS platforms (WordPress). 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and clients across multiple time zones. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure. 
  • Ability to balance technical and business requirements and translate them into actionable plans. 
     

Other Details: 

 

  • Availability for Travel: Occasional travel may be required between AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC regions. 
  • Leadership: Must have strong experience leading diverse, global teams with an ability to manage cultural and regional differences. 
  • Collaboration: Should be able to foster relationships between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients. 
  • Innovation: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and platform evolution, driving innovation across the program.
