We have an excellent opportunity for a Growth & Practice Consultant. In this role, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for coaching and consulting with financial advisors to drive organic growth through the implementation of best practices. You will be responsible for working with a designated group of advisor teams within WEG to align team-level net flow goals with firm-wide net flow goals and then develop and execute team-specific plans to achieve said goals. Through the use of data and live observation/shadowing you will coach advisors within target teams on sales process, tactics and best practices to achieve stated net flows target.
The salary target for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus.

Primary Job Functions
Team Level Consulting on Annual Growth Targets & Plan
On an annual basis, sit down with target teams to determine team-level organic growth target for the year & align these with firm-level organic growth targets.
Working with team leads and any other key stakeholders within each team, lay out a strategic plan to achieve growth targets annually.
Work with team lead regularly to ensure progress is being made towards achieving their Growth Plan.
Individual Advisor Coaching
Work with individual advisors on their areas of weakness to strengthen.
Coach advisors to utilize WEG-defined sales process and best practices.
Shadow & provide immediate feedback on live client/prospect meetings.
Prep with advisors prior to meetings so advisor goes in with a set game plan, has anticipated objections and knows how to tackle said objections prior to sales meetings with prospects.
Coach advisors on how to generate more and better referrals from existing client base.
Expert in WEG Central Solutions/Services
Develop deep knowledge of WEG central solutions provided by the planning, product and investment teams.
Help educate advisors on how to utilize a variety of solutions to drive growth through both expanding wallet share with existing clients and attracting new clients.
Data Driven Insights
Utilize advisor level and team level data to provide coaching and consulting services to teams.
Work with data resources on team to support qualitative insights made by the consultant with quantitative information to strengthen coaching and suggestions.
Market Analysis & Awareness
Stay abreast of industry trends around organic growth.
Work to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities and competitive threats within the market and utilize these to drive behavior change for our advisor community.
Education/Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics or related
· Minimum 10 years in Financial Services
· Minimum 5 years in a Sales Leadership or Sales Consulting Role
· Proven ability to leverage data analytics and insights to enhance process & drive results
· Previous experience as a financial advisor strongly preferred
· Strong leadership & team building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group
· Superior verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
· FINRA Series 7 & 66 & 24 preferred
· CFP® or other planning designation preferred
