Our Advisor Team Transitions is looking for a Business Analyst. This person will be responsible for supporting the Advisor Services Team focused on advisor team transition support through data management, reporting, metrics, and Advisor Team Transition support and administration.. This job will report to the Advisor Team Transitions Manager.

Primary Job Functions

Partner and Support Advisor Team Transitions and Services Directors

  • Provides ongoing and as needed support to Advisor Team Transition Manager and Directors for specific issues and ongoing Advisor Team Transition management

  • Regular check-ins with Manager and AS Directors to understand priorities and areas of support needed

  • Prepares standard and consistent reporting of transition metrics for regularly scheduled meetings

  • Provides support to Advisor Services Directors in completing Legal Request forms, coordinating with compensation, HR, compliance, and legal teams

  • Provides support to Advisor Services for M&A tracking and due diligence reporting

Responsible for Monthly and Quarterly reporting

  • Coordinates and prepares monthly Advisor Team Transitions reporting including: key metrics, and variance analyses

  • Analyzes and validates results to ensure accuracy, accountability, and data integrity

  • Perform detailed ad hoc analysis to understand drivers of trends or results

  • Writes and maintains procedure documentation

  • Performs other duties as assigned: manages Advisor Team Transitions inbox and requests, tracking spreadsheets, attends all Advisor Team Transition meetings to provide updates and manage follow-up needs

Communication and Presentation Support

  • Assists with preparation of presentations using PowerPoint for events such as Advisor Transition Committee Meetings, Regional Roundtables, and other Advisor Services projects

  • Supports communication strategy on behalf of Advisor Services, including updating of intranet site

  • Supports and manages interdepartmental coordination of transition related activities

Support M&A Tracking Processes for Advisor Services

  • Track and follow M&A project status to ensure progress for M&A teams during repapering period

  • Report status on weekly basis to AS Directors for ongoing communication and transparency

Data Analysis

  • Management and Consolidation of WEG Advisor Team Transition data and statistics on an ongoing basis

  • Ensure all channels (Salesforce, Support Org, ActiFi, etc.) are updated with correct and accurate data

  • Gathers and analyzes data to support Account Reassignment for Advisor Team Transitions, Compensation, and Compliance Analyses

  • Processes and follows-through on requests for Account Reassignment using Salesforce, Orion, Custodial Partners, and Broker Dealer systems: including data gathering, analysis, final documentation, and providing data for department specific processing

  • Compensation analyses for advisors as requested

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business; finance, economics or related preferred

  • 3+ years of financial services industry preferred

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel

  • Salesforce and familiarity of Orion platforms preferred
