Overview

Job Title Global Emerging Markets Senior Business Functional Analyst and Project Manager

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work in Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Technology and support GEM Fixed Income and Currency (FIC) Change and Transformation team with Deutsche Bank’s multi-year key LATAM program. The program aims to re-build Deutsche Bank technical capabilities and streamline FIC pre-trade and post trade process through a series of technology automation and workflow projects in LATAM. Our senior business analyst function based in New York, plays a key role in ensuring front-to-back delivery of technology solutions to the program. GEM Technology delivery teams involved in this program involved in re-development of different parts in technology stack and distributed across the Globe - US, UK, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, India.

What You’ll Do
- Providing back-up phone coverage, directing calls to appropriate parties;
- Coordinating international/domestic travel and hotel arrangements, including creation of extensive trip itineraries and expense reimbursement requests;
- Coordinating arrangements for meetings, including scheduling, reserving conference rooms and ordering lunch, when necessary;
- Preparing and processing travel and entertainment expenses promptly and accurately;
- Ordering office supplies as required; process and track invoices for payment and follow up as appropriate;
- Assist in onboarding & offboarding process including desk coordination, floor access, id creation, etc.
- Preparing materials for presentations/meetings, including typing, proofreading, photocopying and distribution;
- Providing timely and accurate follow-up to projects assigned and you will be responsible for
- Arranging coverage when away from desk or office.
Skills You’ll Need
- College degree is required
- Ability to work effectively to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Highly motivated and willing to take on ad-hoc work at times
- Demonstrated team player with excellent organizational skills and ability to anticipate needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Workday
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients, officers, and peers in a professional manner, handle assignments with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to prepare and edit presentations/documents accurately.
