Job Responsibilities:
  • Applies knowledge of therapeutic areas/disease states diabetes and obesity    
  • Applies Lilly product and competitive knowledge      
  • Uses sales aids, clinical data and  reprints effectively
  • Understands the Lilly organization
  • Understands local healthcare system(s)
  • Understands types of customer(s)
  • Follows compliance, ethical and legal guidelines e.g.GPP, Red Book
  • Stays current on competitor’s products
  • Applies product knowledge to achieve goals

  • Addresses customer questions, concerns and complaints promptly and accurately

  • Builds and maintains business relationships to deliver high quality customer service
  • Manages territory using SPP metrics for maximum return 
  • Identifies relevant customer sales and territory market information
  • Creates routing plans using SPP metrics - targeting,  frequency, message and program goals
  • Implements and monitors progress of the plan
  • Completes administrative tasks in an accurate and timely fashion
