About You
As the New Business Developer for Hygiene category in Italy for Kimberly-Clark Professional, you will be responsible for hunting and acquiring new end-users to grow Kimberly-Clark’s business through the utilization of end-user marketing insights and prospects.
You will report to the Country Manager Southern Europe and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).
Location: we can offer a remote model for candidates already based in Italy.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Leverage Business Intelligence/ Market Insights to develop pipeline and to target and engage customers to drive market penetration.
Partner with Sales Development Manager to turn qualified leads into revenue, generating new business.
Develop and manage new business quickly for hand off to Key Account Managers to nurture and expand the business.
Collaborate with the Key Account Managers to leverage existing experience/networking on key target segments to further utilize it with new end-users.
Collaborate with Distributor Account Managers and Channel partners to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end customers.
Bring insights from customer meetings to inform the customer journey, product/ innovation roadmap and marketing programs.
Embrace digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Previous professional experience in end-user facing Selling (hunting) of Large end-users.
Functional Skills: in depth digital Selling, pricing strategy, expert in pipeline management.
Competencies: expert in negotiation, reasonable customer planning & strategy, business acumen
Mindsets: Demonstrate agility adapting to new situations quickly, relationship oriented, resiliency, proactivity. Active learning and active listening.
Fluent in Italian and English
