About the role:
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, communicating, and validating business and user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems. They will translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. The role involves conducting technical analysis, developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting end-to-end project activities, and providing expertise in payments industry trends. Additionally, the analyst will develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the payments industry.

  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in developing and managing change controls.
