Job Title: Regional Merchandising Representative, UGG - PNW

Reports to:  Regional Merchandising Manager, UGG

Location:  Northern California or Seattle, WA

The Role

The Regional Merchandising Representative is a collaborative, strategic thinker with an adaptive communication style and a passion for storytelling. The Regional Merchandising Representative will support the U.S. Wholesale Channel through communicating marketplace observations, ensuring the brand is represented consistently and effectively, and sharing brand knowledge with our retail partners. A strong candidate for this role is self-motivated, curious, and puts vision into action.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Conduct weekly marketplace visits to evaluate product placement and gather consumer feedback, while analyzing seasonal sales trends, monitoring store and mall activities, and tracking regional events.
  • 2. Enhance brand visibility in local markets by leading in-store execution of visual merchandising and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategies.
  • 3. Develop in-depth brand and product expertise, serve as the primary knowledge resource for retail partners, and foster strong relationships to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • 4. Gather insights and document consumer interactions with competitor brands, capturing images of their displays and marketing initiatives.
  • 5. Research local market conditions and sales trends before visits, then compile findings and observations into PowerPoint presentations for each market.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ year of product management experience, ideally with retail or related industry
  • Experience in visual merchandising
  • Background in retail analysis and field marketing

San Fransisco range: $71,000 - $76,000

Seattle range: $68,000 - $72,000

Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
